This summer, set sail at Newport Sea Base for marine science and boating, or head to IROEC for zip-lining, STEM, and more!

"Land" Summer Camps

Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center

Spend an action-packed summer at IROEC’s Adventure Day Camps, where exciting programs are thoughtfully designed for two age groups! For younger campers, Junior Adventure Camp (ages 6-10) offers a dynamic mix of hands-on STEM, ziplining, rock climbing, archery, BB guns, and pool time. At the same time, Adventure Camp (ages 11-17) takes the experience further by adding team-building challenges and advanced outdoor skills for even more excitement. Both five-day camps run Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, providing nutritious meals along with a Trading Post for snacks and souvenirs. From the very first day to the final farewell, campers will enjoy nonstop adventure, lasting friendships, and unforgettable memories!

Aquatic Summer Camps

Newport Sea Base

Orange County’s most popular aquatic summer experience; SPLASH into Summer Camp 2025 at the Newport Sea Base! Choose a quarter-day, half-day or full-day session with a wide-variety of classes from Bay & Ocean Fishing, Sailing, Rowing, Kayaking, Oceanography, Engineering, and much more!

Summer camp runs June 9 – August 15.  10 weeks of camp; limited classes will be offered in weeks 1 & 10.  Register for one week or more at a time. Serving youth ages 5-17 years old. FAQ

Tickets will be available the evening of the event outside of the California Adventure entryway. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.

This is a drop-off event. Supervision is provided by Council. 

Scouting America Grad Nite is an exclusive celebration at Disney California Adventure (DCA), honoring Eagle Scouts, Quartermasters, Summit Award recipients from 2024 and 2025, and high school graduates of the Class of 2025. This special event gives these outstanding Scouts the chance to celebrate their achievements with an unforgettable night of fun, camaraderie, and exclusive access to the park. Attendees will enjoy thrilling attractions, high-energy entertainment, and unique Scouting-themed experiences in a magical setting. More than just a party, Scouting America Grad Nite recognizes the dedication, leadership, and service that define these elite youth awards, making it the perfect way to mark this milestone before embarking on the next chapter of their journey.

 Wear comfortable, Scouting appropriate clothes. Bring a backpack, water bottle, comfortable shoes and plan for an evening out. Check out Disney’s guidelines for bringing items into the park here.
