Orange County Council will host its Council Coordinated Program Meeting on Saturday, August 15, 2026, bringing together volunteers and leaders from across the council for a full day of communication, training, planning, and preparation.
The meeting is open to:
- Commissioners
- District, division, and council program leaders
- Advancement and camping volunteers
- Leadership training teams
- Order of the Arrow chapter, area, and lodge leadership
- District operations volunteers
- Property and support teams
The Council Coordinated Program Meeting is designed to strengthen collaboration across the council while helping leaders exchange ideas, align priorities, and prepare for the coming program year.
The day will include council-wide communication and focused breakout discussions:
- 8:00 a.m. – Coffee Roundtable
- 9:00–11:45 a.m. – Group Sessions
- Noon – Lunch and Council Overview
- 1:00 p.m. – Breakout Sessions
- 4:00 p.m. – Meeting Concludes
Participants will also have an opportunity to connect with volunteers and leaders outside their immediate districts or committees. These conversations can help identify shared challenges, successful ideas, and practical solutions that improve support for units across Orange County.
