Anaheim, CA — Scouts and families from across the region will gather at Disneyland California Adventure for a once-in-a-generation morning celebration marking the kickoff of America’s 250th birthday. The special event highlights service, leadership, and civic pride while launching the council’s official America 250 celebration year.
The program will feature an exclusive Bridging Celebration honoring Arrow of Light Scouts as they take the next step in their Scouting journey. This milestone moment recognizes the growth, commitment, and leadership development of Scouts as they transition into the next phase of the program.
This event serves as the formal beginning of a yearlong series of activities and recognitions tied to America 250, celebrating the values of citizenship and service that Scouting has upheld for generations.
